At this time, COZ street does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each item is carefully produced and checked before shipping.

Exceptions apply only if:

  • You receive the wrong product, or

  • The item arrives defective or damaged.

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can assist you.

All orders are shipped within 10–14 business days, and delivery is free of charge — no hidden fees, no rush options.( CANADA & US only)
We do not offer expedited or express shipping. By choosing standard delivery, we reduce unnecessary transportation and emissions, helping limit our environmental impact while staying aligned with our minimalist and responsible approach.
